See the true value of your furniture investment

The purchase price is only the beginning. A $ 4,000 desk can cost more than a $ 9,000 one over its lifecycle: durability, warranty and maintenance make the difference. Calculate the true cost, before you choose.

FAQ

Why does an office furniture company sell Italian faucets and vanities?

Because the executive bathroom is part of the office, and until recently nobody who furnished offices would touch it. Designers finishing a corner-office suite kept asking us for the last room, so we brought it inside the specification: Italian faucets by Fantini and CEA, Mutina tile, vanities and mirrors chosen with the same eye as the desk next door. One spec, one shipment, one installation crew, and a bathroom that finally matches the office it belongs to.

Are you a dealer, a manufacturer or an importer?

A specialist distributor, with an American company and an Italian one behind it. We do not make furniture: we select it from dozens of Italian makers, order the original piece from the factory with its warranty, consolidate everything in Italy, clear it into the United States and install it. A dealer sells one catalog; a factory sells its own line; we put the whole room together and answer for it afterwards.

Do you only take on big projects?

No. Most of our American work is one room done properly: a CEO's corner office, a boardroom that has to hold its own with visiting investors, a founder's study at home. The same specialist who runs a headquarters fit-out runs a single desk, with the same drawings, samples and installation. Many of our longest relationships began with one piece.

Why are prices shown as 'from' in dollars?

Because almost every Italian piece exists in dozens of versions: size in inches, top, base, veneer, leather or fabric, power modules. The 'from' price is the real price of the base configuration in US dollars. The configurator gives you the exact figure as you choose; for a whole room, one specialist does the same in a landed quote that spells out freight, duties, installation and anything not included. No round numbers, no surprises at the dock.

How to brief an Italian furniture specialist from the US in one email

Five things to put in the message so the first quote you receive is the landed one, in dollars and inches.

A plan or photos, with one known measurement
A floor plan is ideal; three photos with the width of one door written down also work. From that single number, every dimension in inches follows.
People and hours
How many people use the room, for how long, and how many guests you receive in a week. A desk used eight hours and a lounge used eight minutes are specified differently.
The building facts
Loading dock or street delivery, freight elevator size, the hours installers are allowed in, and whether the property manager wants a certificate of insurance. These decide the installation plan, and the quote.
Two pieces you like, one you don't
Pick them anywhere on the site. The specialist reads the taste, not the model number, and proposes the right maker for the budget.
One email, one reply
Send everything together. What comes back is a landed quote in US dollars: furniture, freight, customs, delivery and installation, with anything not included spelled out.
