Specifying a chair for a whole floor usually means choosing one version and living with it. Adell gives five: the bare shell, the shell with a seat cushion carrying an internal ABS support, the fully upholstered shell with a non-removable cover, and two removable options — a seat cushion and a front cover, both available indoor/outdoor.
That range lets one design serve a busy lobby, a quiet consulting room and an outdoor terrace without switching families. The shell is 80% post-industrial recycled polypropylene, the bases are painted steel, sled or plywood with an oak finish, and the intended-use sheet cites EN 16139 for non-domestic seating covering offices, restaurants, banks and bars. Designed by Lievore + Altherr Désile Park in 2020 and handled in the US by La Mercanti, samples first.
