The Trade Program exists to answer that, in writing, before your client sees a number.

48 hours, in writing. A Spec Pack built for your project: products, finishes, the technical data the manufacturer has declared, and, item by item, whether each piece meets the fire, emission and accessibility requirements that apply to your building type in your state. It is not a downloadable certificate. It is the answer you sign.

Our technical and sales office, working on your file. Quotation, specification, freight, customs and installation are handled by the same people in Italy, with crews on the ground where we have them. We distribute; we do not manufacture. When we put a piece in your spec, there is nothing of our own to protect.

A Spec Pack is a written document prepared for one project. For each item it states the product, the finish and the technical data declared by the manufacturer, and whether the item meets the fire, emission and safety standards that apply to the building type in the state where it will be installed. It is delivered within 48 hours of the request and can be attached to a specification as it is.

FAQ

Do I have to register before I get anything from you?
No. The request is the registration. You describe the project, we send the Spec Pack, and the trade account follows from the work rather than from a form.
What exactly is in a Spec Pack?
One line per item: manufacturer, product, finish code, dimensions in inches, the declared test data, and a plain yes or no against the requirements for your building type, fire rating, emissions and accessibility. Where a document is missing on the manufacturer side, the line says so.
How are trade conditions set?
On the brand, the value and the scope of the project, and they are agreed at the start, before the first quotation goes to your client. They apply to your firm and to the people who work in it.
Can you deliver and install in my state?
Yes. Shipments leave Italy with duties and freight handled, and we install with our own partner crews in California, Texas and Florida; elsewhere we organize local installers and confirm the arrangement in the Spec Pack before you commit.
Do you provide CAD and 3D files for the drawings?
Yes. CAD and 3D files are available on most product pages and are included in the Spec Pack for every item that has them. Where a manufacturer does not publish them, the Spec Pack says so instead of promising them.

How to request a Spec Pack

Four pieces of information turn a generic reply into a document you can attach to the specification.

Start with the building type
Office, hotel, clinic, store, school or residence. The requirements we check follow the building, not the product.
Say what you are specifying
Areas, rough quantities, and the deadline if there is one. A sentence is enough to open the file.
Attach what exists
A dimensioned plan or a draft spec makes the Spec Pack sharper. Neither is required.
Send it and wait for a person, not an autoreply
Within 24 hours the person handling your project writes back; within 48 hours the Spec Pack is in your hands.
