Most executive desks are furniture that waits for an electrician. Elite by Las Mobili, a modern executive desk designed by Progetto CMR — the Milan architecture firm that plans corporate workplaces end to end — arrives already wired: a channelled steel beam under the 35 mm top carries two USB A+C chargers at the head and a three-socket kit along its side. Phone, laptop, monitor, guest's charger: desk-level, day one, no power strip taped under the top.
Three configurations map to real floor plans: structural pedestal, pedestal with CPU compartment, or L-shaped extension — specifiable with an RFID electronic lock with master and user cards, which is what a modern office actually needs now that executive rooms are booked, shared and hybrid. Two finishes only, Dark and Light Poplar on a Black 59 spine: the discipline that lets a facility team specify an entire floor in one meeting and keep it coherent through every reorganization.
Desk to boardroom, one language
Meeting tables run from 47-inch squares to compound tables of 165, 193 and 220 inches with an inspectable wire-manager column — the sixteen-seat table with no cable in sight. Boiserie shelves with optional LED, monolithic cabinets with sliding or back-lacquered glass doors, storage with titanium-colored soft-close hinges. Supplied direct from the factory in Italy, with white-glove delivery and installation.

The structural beam under the top is a steel duct fitted at the factory with two USB A+C chargers on the head and a three-socket kit along the side. Your electrician brings one feed to the beam — floor box or wall — and the desk distributes from there. No power strips, no under-top improvisation, and the guest side of the desk never shows a cable. Mark the feed point on the plan before fixing the desk orientation.
Because the corner office is increasingly a bookable room. The optional electronic lock secures the desk extension with RFID cards — a master for facilities, user cards that change hands without a locksmith. For law firms with visiting partners, hybrid executive suites and family offices with shared spaces, it turns 'whose drawer is this' into a non-question. Specify it at order stage; it ships integrated.
Speed and coherence. Dark Poplar or Light Poplar on a Black 59 spine: a facility team specifies an entire executive floor in one decision, procurement approves one palette, and the floor still reads composed after three reorganizations. The money went where use lands — 35 mm tops, 2 mm ABS edges, ball-bearing drawer slides — not into a fan deck. Samples ship on request; the cost is credited in full against a confirmed order.
The programme scales to an 18-foot table. Compound meeting tables of 165, 193 and 220 inches are built around an inspectable wire-manager column with cable shelves — video bars, power bricks and network gear live inside the base, not on the carpet. Square and rectangular tables cover huddle and mid-size rooms. Same two finishes, same black spine: the boardroom matches the corner office by construction, not by luck.
The manufacturer declares CAM environmental conformity — Italy's green public-procurement criteria — on the technical sheet, and the product certificates are downloadable from this page. Dimensioned drawings and a component-level bill of materials with product codes support the FF&E schedule. Project-specific requirements — emissions data, fire ratings — are confirmed project by project before the order.
For A&D and facility teams standardizing an executive floor — desk types, power, palette, boardroom and paperwork, in the order that avoids rework.
Corner offices take the pedestal configuration; rooms with resident workstations take the pedestal with CPU compartment; shared and hybrid rooms take the extension with the RFID electronic lock. Deciding this per room type — not per person — is what keeps the floor plan valid through the next reorganization.
Every Elite beam ships with two USB A+C chargers; the three-socket kit is declared at order. Fix the feed-point convention with MEP — same corner of every room — and the electrical drawing for the whole floor becomes one detail repeated. This is the step that keeps the snag list short.
Light Poplar for daylight-poor or compact buildings, Dark Poplar for warmer executive floors — on the shared Black 59 spine either way. Fronts, boiserie, meeting tables and cabinets follow automatically. Order physical samples for the final call under the building's actual lighting; the sample cost is credited in full against a confirmed order.
Choose the compound table length — 165, 193 or 220 inches — from seat count, then place the inspectable column where the floor feed arrives: AV and power distribute from inside the base. Order top-access units, with or without sockets, together with the tops; the cut-outs are factory-made.
Download the product certificates from this page and file the manufacturer's CAM declaration with the FF&E schedule. Anything tender-specific — emissions, fire, client audit formats — gets confirmed project by project before order. A floor specified this way survives procurement without a single improvised email.
