Bespoke: size, colour, finish
There is a moment in every design-led fitout when the executive desk becomes the credibility test: the room that hosts clients who know their Eames from their earnings. Énosi by Las Mobili passes it with a signature — Nikolas Chachamis — and a name that is Greek for union: the meeting of a thin top and tapered conical steel legs resolved as one clean gesture.
Two tops, two temperaments. The rear-lacquered 12 mm tempered glass in Extra White or Black — polished flat edges, turned stainless-steel supports — is the luminous, photographed-for-a-reason choice. The 30 mm 3d-foil top in Pacific Walnut, Black or White is the warmer, harder-working surface. Legs in polished chrome make the desk the object of the room; painted white or black, they make it the architecture. Every version stands on die-cast levelling feet finished to match.
The details clients discover later
Pedestals roll on twin rubber castors with chromed covers and front brakes, open by push, and carry a pull-out stationery tray with tablet and phone compartments — the kind of detail that sells the desk twice. Stackable modular units and an open lacquered bookcase element build gallery-light storage walls; cabinets take rear-lacquered glass doors on concealed aluminium frames. Supplied direct from Italy with white-glove delivery and installation; certificates are downloadable from this page.

With the right expectations, yes. The 12 mm tempered glass is rear-lacquered — the colour lives on the underside, so it cannot scratch off — and the polished flat edge takes daily contact without chipping drama. Glass shows fingerprints more than foil and rewards a daily wipe; in exchange it gives the room a reflective depth nothing else offers. For the harder-working office, the 30 mm Pacific Walnut or Black foil top is the pragmatic twin. Samples of both ship on request; the cost is credited in full against a confirmed order.
Because in a design-literate office the furniture is checked like a reference. A signed piece — Énosi is by Nikolas Chachamis — gives the interior designer an author to cite and the client a story that holds up when a visitor asks. The name itself is the pitch: Greek for union, for the way top and tapered leg resolve into one gesture. Anonymous desks furnish rooms; signed ones position them.
Polished chrome works when the desk is meant to be the object of the room — with the Extra White glass top it is the classic luminous designer piece, and it pairs naturally with the chromed castor covers and cabinet handles elsewhere in the collection. If the room already has strong architecture or art, specify painted black or white legs and let the desk recede. Both stand on die-cast levelling feet finished to match, with 20 mm of adjustment.
By staying mobile and low. The pedestal rolls on twin chromed castors with front brakes and hides a pull-out tray with tablet and phone compartments; a service unit can act as the desk's structural base where more presence is welcome. Wall storage builds from stackable 45/90 cm modular units finished with tops and sides, punctuated by the open lacquered bookcase element — closer to gallery shelving than office cabinetry. Push-open fronts keep every surface silent.
Dimensioned drawings and 3D models from the manufacturer, a component-level bill of materials with product codes, and the product certificates available among the downloadable documents on this page. Project-specific requirements — emissions, fire ratings, environmental criteria — are confirmed project by project before order, so the FF&E schedule matches what arrives.
For A&D teams and design-led clients: authorship, top, metal, mobility and samples — the sequence that turns an image into a working room.
Énosi is for offices where clients and candidates read design fluently — studios, creative directions, professional firms with taste as part of the brand. If the desk will be buried under monitors and paper trays, specify the foil top and painted legs; if it will be seen, the glass-and-chrome version earns its place.
Extra White glass multiplies daylight and reads luminous even in photos; Black glass gives depth to strong, dark interiors; Pacific Walnut foil warms rooms that risk feeling clinical. Decide at standing height — that is how visitors see a desk — and under the room's own light.
Chrome for the object-room, painted white or black for the architecture-room. The choice carries through the collection: castor covers and cabinet handles are chromed, hinges are titanium-coloured on black structures and nickel-plated on white. One metal decision, consistently executed.
The rolling pedestal follows the work; the service unit anchors as a desk base where needed; modular units stack into walls that can be recomposed when the office changes. Specify the pull-out stationery tray in every pedestal — it is the detail users mention a year later.
Glass, foil and chrome shift with the light; approve physical samples in the room — the sample cost is credited in full against a confirmed order. Then freeze top type, leg finish, storage composition and meeting-table top-access (black or white, with or without sockets) in one written configuration.
