Most seating gets softer and stays that way. Zoe is different because the manufacturer prints the remedy next to the problem: with use the polystyrene pearls may lose a little volume, which is described as normal, and the original volume can be restored by adding new pearls to one or more chambers.

That is a maintenance instruction, not a disclaimer, and it changes the arithmetic of a lounge furnished for ten years: a seat that can be brought back rather than replaced. Does the chair go flat over time?
The manufacturer states that the pearls may lose slight volume with use and calls this normal. What is unusual is that the same document gives the remedy: new pearls added to one or more chambers restore the original volume.
Who performs the top-up?
Each chamber has a zip with a safety pocket, so the operation is designed to be possible rather than improvised. Practical arrangements are agreed case by case with the manufacturer's instructions in hand.
Why does that matter for a corporate lounge?
