Office steel is usually painted to disappear. Alea Office does the opposite: the Itube frame comes in epoxy colors that include copper, nugget gold, pewter blue and tobacco brown, plus an iridescent finish and a textured series. On a curved Ø 35 mm tube — the continuous line that designer Mirto Antonel bends under every top — color stops being decoration and becomes the architecture of the room. Pair a copper frame with a Fes blue Fenix top, or tobacco with American oak melamine, and the workstation carries the interior instead of hiding in it.
The collection behind the palette is thoroughly operative: benches for two to six people, a single-sided linear version, meeting tables in five shapes, returns, an executive desk to close the suite. La Mercanti ships Alea across the United States with samples first, so the color you approve is the color that arrives. Grey was never mandatory.

Yes. A 303 mm intermediate band can be added between facing tops for trays and accessories, and specially developed half tops absorb it — the finished dimensions of the composition do not change. The bench gains a service spine, not inches.
An 18 mm panel in melamine or Fenix fixes under the desk top with brackets and metal inserts. Its 19.5 mm radii follow the L-shaped element of the leg, so the panel reads as part of the structure rather than an afterthought.
The linear bench seats everyone on one side, from 94 1/2" to 236 1/4" long — made for rows along windows or walls, and expressly suggested for universities and libraries as well as offices.
Alea uses CARB2-certified panels, with lower formaldehyde release than the common E1 class, and offers FSC-certified timber on request. Test reports from accredited laboratories back the collection's performance.
In writing, together with the offer: La Mercanti confirms configuration, finishes and delivery terms on the same document, after samples have been approved. Sample costs are fully credited at order confirmation.
The arched structure is the service wall of the workstation: curtain, light, shelves and greenery, mounted in the right order.
27 3/8" carries the full kit — curtain, shelves, trays, light. 15 3/4" is the discreet option when the bench only needs a visual frame.
The 4 mm virgin-wool curtain slides on the arch and lets each person open or close their own space. Seven felt colors to pick from.
Side shelves in HPL or composite wood, rectangular or organic — the organic one can be oriented 360° during installation.
LED bars attach magnetically to the arch; the cable is integrated, the transformer sits in a beam under the top, and a touch key dims the light.
Curved sheet-metal planters hook onto the structure or recess between the tops: the greenery belongs to the bench, not to the windowsill.
