Read a seating spec sheet closely and you usually find four products pretending to be one family. The Radar executive armchair is the opposite. All four versions put the seat at the same 16.9" off the floor and keep the same 27.7" width; the only figure that moves is the backrest, which climbs 26", 36.6", 48" and 48.2". Frezza calls the tallest one an alcove, and the word is fair: at four feet the back stops being furniture and starts being a partition you can sit inside. Specifying the family therefore means choosing how much privacy a spot needs, not how much comfort it deserves – those two decisions have been separated on purpose.

The same discipline runs through the rest. Radar Executive is the executive chair, 34.6" wide, with a gas lift that moves the seat from 16.5" to 20.1" and a headrest that is fixed or adjustable through 2.8". The Meeting version drops the backrest to 35.8-39.4" overall; the Visitor version swaps castors for glides and swivels 180° each way. The two-seater sofa repeats the trick with backs at 26", 36.6" and 48.4", adds a USB socket and a lumbar cushion, and six pouf modules plus two lounge tables close the collection. On a US submittal the useful figure is the backrest height: fix that per space and the finish schedule writes itself.

FAQ

Do the four armchair versions share a seat height?
Yes, all four sit at 16.9" and measure 27.7" wide, except the Extra Large at 43.1". Only the backrest changes, from 26" to 48.2".
What does the Extra Large backrest do for an open floor?
Frezza describes it as an alcove. At roughly four feet it screens the head and shoulders, which is why it works as a quiet spot without adding a partition.
How much travel does the gas lift give?
3.5", moving the chair from 16.5" to 20.1" off the floor, operated by the lever on the right.
Is a lumbar cushion available?
Yes, removable: 15.7×3.3×9.8" for the armchair and 21.7×3.3×9.8" for the sofa, upholstered in the same range as the rest.
What does the sofa offer?
Two places, 59" wide, with backs at 26", 36.6" and 48.4" and a USB socket fitted at the centre.

How to plan a Radar layout by Frezza for a US floor

Five steps from the floor plan to the finish, using the sizes and options Frezza publishes for Radar.

Map the seating types first
Private office, conference room, reception and breakout each take a different member of the family, so the count comes before the finish.
Set the movement
Three behaviours are offered: rocking freely, rocking and locking, or rocking with a swivel that returns on its own. Pick one per room, not one per building.
Choose base and floor contact
Two bases: lacquered aluminium, or a steel core faced in blackened solid ash. Braked twin wheels suit hard floors; glides suit a chair that should never travel.
Add power where people linger
The sofa takes a USB socket in the centre; pouf modules take one too, apart from the single seat.
Close with upholstery and cushions
Eight covering categories run from woven cloth to corrected grain leather, and the seat covers lift off. A lumbar cushion can be added in either size.
