Milani takes that line out of the budget: Nordic is listed as delivered fully assembled, boxed at 0.61 m³ whether you order the presidential, the executive chair or the meeting chair. Cut the tape, roll it out, set the height.
What comes out of the box is a chair drawn by Baldanzi & Novelli around a curve: steel rod inside the backrest, a rigid structural insert at 70 kg/m³ that also forms the armrests, and a softer second layer over it. Both foams are declared fire-retardant and the chair carries class 1IM.
From spec sheet to loading dock, La Mercanti runs the order with Milani and confirms configuration and dates in writing.
