The single-handle mixer is the modern gesture par excellence: one hand, one motion, water and temperature together. Classical collections usually refuse it. Lutezia by Cea Design chose otherwise: alongside its dual handle and thermostatic families, the manufacturer declares Lutezia Plus, an extension equipped with a single-handle mixer — the classical line that learned the contemporary gesture without changing its accent.

The pedigree is intact. Designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, member of the Académie des Beaux-Arts, for the renovation of Hotel Lutetia — the sole luxury grand palace on Paris's Left Bank — the collection reinterprets the early twentieth-century hydraulic valve with soft, rounded lines. The material is AISI 316L stainless steel, in satin and polished finishes plus the four CEA specials: Black Diamond, Bronze, Copper and Light Gold, declared ecological and biocompatible — a match for the porcelain surfaces around them.

The range runs deep: four wall-mounted dual handle versions and three three-hole sets with swivel spout, thermostatic shower groups, three bathtub routes including a free-standing column, a wide family of remote controls, and a coordinated accessories collection. European classicism, American ease — in the same washroom.

Yes — the collection was designed and produced specifically for the renovation of Hotel Lutetia, the sole luxury grand palace on Paris's Left Bank.
Is there a free-standing tub filler in the collection?
Yes: LTZ36 is the free-standing column mixer of Lutezia, alongside the rim-mounted thermostatic sets LTZ94–LTZ95 and the dual handle tub set LTZ33.
Which US attestations does CEA declare?

How to verify the bathtub routes of the Lutezia range

Lutezia by Cea Design reaches the bathtub in three declared ways: a five-step check to pick the right one for your project.

Map the tub position first
Note how the bathtub sits in the room — against a wall, under a window, free in the space: each position points to a different Lutezia route.
Consider the rim-mounted sets
LTZ94 and LTZ95 are the rim-mounted thermostatic sets of Lutezia, installed directly on the tub edge; compare the two versions on the technical documentation.
Evaluate the twin-control set
LTZ33 is the twin-control mixer set for the bathtub — the most classical route in the Lutezia range.
Check the free-standing column
For a tub placed freely in the room, LTZ36 stands on its own: verify its requirements on the documentation at quotation stage.
Confirm the choice in writing
Whichever Lutezia route you choose, have version, finish and delivery confirmed in writing at order confirmation before the project timeline depends on it.
