Solid oak on a modern desk usually comes with a warning: coasters, quick wiping, no glasses near the edge. LAGO makes a different claim for Wildwood, the lightened solid oak of the Air Desk: the heat treatment makes it resistant and impermeable to liquids, preserving it over time.

It is a claim about behaviour, not about looks — and behaviour is what you notice on the fourth morning, not in the showroom. The rest is drawn by Daniele Lago in 2020: a top with three-dimensional grain, suspended on tempered glass legs.
