Most chairs are sold on the back. On the padded version of Link, a designer chair by Luca Fornasarig, the detail that matters is at the other end: the front edge of the seat slopes, and the manufacturer states why — it improves circulation, making the seat healthier for long sittings.
The rest follows the same logic. The seat is wide and the back is a 3D shell shaped to the body to support a correct posture; both are fully padded in high-performance fabrics; and an under-seat protection built into the frame keeps the fabric from being ruined when the chairs are stacked.
The same family runs from educational chairs and teaching tables to meeting and conference chairs, plus wood, shell and outdoor versions.
Tell La Mercanti how many hours a day people actually sit and we will build the specification with Fornasarig.
