New York noticed them in 2023: an NYCx Award joined a shelf that already held two Compasso d'Oro medals (both from 2011), Red Dots and a string of iF awards — three in 2024 alone. Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba, architects and designers, founded their Milan practice in 1994; the client roster runs from Poltrona Frau and Giorgetti to Laufen, Foscarini and KIA.
Their executive work reaches the U.S. through i4Mariani: Siena, desks and home-office pieces in wood, saddle leather and lacquer, plus the Sella seating range. La Mercanti specifies them for corner offices that want Milan without the flight.
