24, 26, 28: the first two digits of a Nulite code
Furniture codes usually mean nothing outside the factory. Luxy's do the opposite: across the 21 models of Nulite, Luxy's executive seating range, the first two digits name the upholstery. 24 is the mesh series, 26 the thermoformed one, 28 the padded one; what follows describes back height, arms and base. Read 28080B and you already know: padded, medium back, with arms, sled base — a meeting chair.
On a schedule covering three floors, that is the difference between a list and a legend. The design is by Luxy R&D, the frame is high-strength steel and the armrests are die-cast aluminium with a padded steel insert.
