We build in a seismic zone. What can actually be stamped?
The pods are seismic tested to ASCE 7-16 and designed for straightforward floor anchoring, and the seismic restraints can be PE stamped for your specific location and building design. That is the step that moves a pod out of the furniture schedule and into something a structural reviewer can sign.
Where do the electronics sit if sprinklers are involved?
All of them are in the roof structure, reachable regardless of how the pod is placed or whether sprinkler coverage is added over it. Gradus pods are compatible with fire sprinklers and notification devices, so a ceiling plan does not have to be redrawn around the room.
Can a pod work for people who find open offices overwhelming?
