Qualified applicants demonstrate the ability to apply divergent sales skills through visits, calls, chat, email and marketing leads managing a sales pipeline and closing sales for trade lighting jobs to meet monthly sales quotas.
Their primary responsibilities will be sourcing alliance opportunities, evaluating prospective interior designer partners, establishing strong business relationships, negotiating deal terms, overseeing the contracting process, and strengthening existing partnerships. As members of the La Mercanti USA team, they will work closely with the Italian sales manager and marketers in order to accomplish their goals.
Potential candidates must have a successful track record of establishing strong relationships with customers and exceeding sales goals within the office furnishing space. The ideal candidate is motivated, goal-oriented and has polished phone/email sales skills.
Answering incoming sales calls from business/trade clients, Sales Managers proactively manage new account assignments and successfully closes sales opportunities, generating profitable sales orders and revenues.
