Robin Rizzini designer: redefining Design with global innovation and elegance
Robin Rizzini was born in Genoa in 1973. After a lengthy stint working in Antonio Citterio’s Milan office, he opened his first design studio in 2006. A few years later he co-founded and operated as Design Partner of the Milan-based Metrica studio. In 2019, he became an independent designer again. He has worked with many companies in Italy and abroad, designing furniture for the residential, contract and office market. He balances the technical-industrial language with a more decorative one, merging them to design essential, functional and expressive objects and furniture. He was awarded the Compasso d’Oro in 2014.
