We are looking for high energy, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals with experience and contacts in the office furniture and Contract design market to develop, execute and manage a strategy/business plan for La Mercanti, with good prioritization skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Their primary responsibilities will be sourcing alliance opportunities, evaluating prospective interior designer partners, establishing strong business relationships, negotiating deal terms, overseeing the contracting process, and strengthening existing partnerships. As members of the La Mercanti team, they will work closely with the sales manager and marketers in order to accomplish their goals.
To be successful in this role, they will need a strong personal and professional interest in the interior design area, an ability to think strategically, and skill in crafting action plans necessary to achieve revenue-minded objectives.
Strong persuasion, negotiating, and relationship building skills will also be critical to their success. They must possess the ability to influence partners and co-workers at all levels of the org chart.
Our ideal candidates have experience in strategy and business development, a degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required, have significant revenue responsibility and experience in negotiation and closing deals.
